Returns and Shipping Policy

RETURNS 

  • Upon receiving your order, if you are not completely satisfied, don't hesitate to contact customer service within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued by customer service. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

  • Damaged merchandise must be reported immediately upon receipt by calling Rossi Kelton Fine Art Gallery, 1-850-377-6686.

 

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to Rossi Kelton Fine Art Gallery, 1830 Habersham Villa Drive, Cumming GA 30041

 

  • You have seven (7) days from the date of receipt to report damage (or any other reason for returns) to Rossi Kelton Fine Art Gallery.

 

  • Return your item within seven (7) days of receiving your RMA number with the RMA number outside of returning package. Product returned without the RMA number outside of returning package or past the seven (7) days deadline will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Return merchandise in excellent condition, with no damages to the canvas, frame, backing,

 

  • There are certain situations where no refunds are granted (if applicable), such as any painting or print is damaged. If an item that is not in its original condition is damaged, it will receive no refund. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

  • If the return is because of my error, I apologize and will gladly credit you the total amount charged, including shipping and handling costs. I will credit your return shipment provided the following conditions exist:

 

  1. Merchandise is shipped back in the same container as Rossi Kelton Fine Art Gallery, including original packaging.

 

  1. The return is authorized by calling Rossi Kelton Fine Art Gallery to report the return.

 

  • Items damaged due to acts of God, or the Post Office are NOT the responsibility of Rossi Kelton Fine Art Gallery. It includes but is not limited to:

 

Rain, Snow, Flood, hurricanes or Avalanches, earthquakes, Termites, Earthworms, Windstorms, and Locusts, along with Starbucks closing early.

 

  • Rossi Kelton Fine Art Gallery is also not responsible for acts of the Post Office, UPS, or FedEx if they drop, mangle, stab, play Frisbee with or back over with their trucks your order. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE!!!DO YOU GET IT?!!

 

  • Also, your lack of planning does not constitute an emergency on our part.

 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

  • If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

 

  • When requesting a refund, your original credit card will be credited once your return is processed. If using a pre-paid gift card, such as VISA or MASTERCARD, please retain to ensure proper credit.

 

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have followed all these procedures and have not received your refund, please contact me at rossanakelton@yahoo.com.

 

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sales are final and are not refunded.

 

  • Exchanges only applies to prints. Originals are unique, one-of-a-kind creations and cannot be exchanged. I only replace prints if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at rossikelton@yahoo.com. I will contact you with further instructions.

 

  • If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'd receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

  • If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

 

 

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

  • Any item that is returned after thirty (30) days will receive no refund or exchange (prints only)

SHIPPING

 

  • If the reason for the return is NOT the fault of Rossi Kelton Fine Art Gallery, the following conditions apply:

 

  1. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

 

  1. The restocking charge is 20%.

 

  1. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

 

 

  • You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
